COURSE DELIVERY
Weekly Live Sessions
Each week there will be a 1.5 hour live Zoom session with me which will consist of a combination of teaching theory, interactive exercises, coaching and Q&A. If you are unable to attend the live sessions then all sessions are recorded enabling you to watch or re-watch in your own time.
Daily Practice
There will be a number of exercises and recorded meditations to engage in on a daily basis between the live sessions. There will also be a pdf workbook to log your reflections from your daily practices. These practices are the opportunity to turn theory into action.

The weekly calls will be on zoom. The recordings and supplementary material will be hosted in Kajabi (Dedicated software for online programs). Once registered you will receive a confirmation email and before the live program starts you will receive the zoom links and Kajabi log in details.

Aside from the 1.5 hour weekly calls, it is recommended to allow a further 30 minutes each day to engage in the exercises and practices. This can also be split into 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening.
